Does it Cost to Sign Up?
Absolutely nothing...all you have to do is provide space for the machine. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR VENDING MACHINE PLACEMENT. We install, stock, and maintain the machine
Are we locked into a long term contract?
Absolutely not! We are in the service business... and if you are not completely satisfied with the service we are providing, we'll remove our machines upon request. Our simple machine placement agreement provides you with the freedom to give us a 30-day cancellation notice at any time.
What is the installation process?
Once you have signed up, we will send a representative from our company to survey your location to determine the best location for placement for the machine. Recommend products available in your market area that will suit your outlet type. Within approximately two/three weeks, a machine will be delivered to your location. Once the machine is placed your regular route driver will fill the machine.
How Often Do We Deliver?
As often as needed, based on the sales volume
Are we liable for any damages to the machine?
None whatsoever. All you do is provide the space for the machine. If the machine is continually damaged or vandalized we may choose to remove it and terminate services.
What type of insurance coverage do you have?
We have General Commercial Liability Insurance

We are at your services, We strive to ensure that our machines are in top-notch working order at all times. If, however, you notice that a machine is not working properly, give us a call at (800) 432-0351. We will send a service technician out to the location ASAP to correct the problem. We'll also issue you a refund, if necessary.
Who do I call if there is a problem with the machine?
Call our office at (800) 432-0351, we will work with you to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We can complete most refills and repairs within 24-48 hours depending on the time of day you call in your request. And if there is a problem that will take longer - we will communicate with you every step of the way.
Refunds?
Occasionally, vending machines may accept your money and not deliver the product you have chosen. No worries, give us a call at (800) 432-0351, or fill out the Customer Service Form and we will cheerfully refund your money as quickly as possible.
